Angie Cain is a professional political consultant who got her start in 1995 as the campaign coordinator for Kentucky Senator Joe Meyer. Angie learned the nuts and bolts of grassroots organizing and fundraising. She earned her B.A. in political science from Northern Kentucky University.

Angie then moved forward as a community activist and organizer working for Forward Quest, a regional economic development and community organization. In 1998, she began her eight-year career with Ken Lucas, the former Boone County, Kentucky Judge-Executive and Chamber of Commerce Chairman. Angie worked as the finance director for the Ken Lucas for Congress campaign in 1998.

After the victory, Angie moved to Washington, D.C. as a legislative assistant to the new Congressmen Lucas. In 2000, Angie was promoted to District Director in the Ft. Mitchell, KY office of the Congressman Lucas. Angie stayed involved on the political side and worked as political director for the re-election campaigns in 2000 and 2002.

When Congressman Ken Lucas decided not to seek a fourth term in 2004, Angie became a consultant for several campaigns including Nick Clooney for Congress. In 2006 Angie joined November Strategies as a political consultant and is today considered one of the premier campaign fundraising consultants in Kentucky. She has worked with state legislative candidates, judges, local city officials and candidates for Congress and U.S. Senate.

As a mother of four children, Angie balances her career with her busy family life and manages to find time for community involvement. Angie served as president of Legacy, a young professionals’ organization and has also served on the Council of Partners in Education and Young Political Leaders of Kentucky.
