By Kathy Groob, Founder ElectWomen – It is Day 14 in Helene Neville’s amazing journey.  Helene is running a one-woman marathon from Canada to Mexico to help others realize their dreams by trying a new, healthier lifestyle. Helene is a nurse who began running after a serious battle with cancer that involved three brain surgeries. (Follow Helene’s journey on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/oneontherun.

Neville was the first woman to run across the southern portion of the United States during the hot summer months of 2010.  The course took 93 days and spanned 4,000 kilometers.  Her current course will take her down the West Coast of the United States beginning in Canada and finishing into Mexico.  Follow Helene’s journey here: http://www.oneontherun.com/run-canada-mexico-route/.
