Pennsylvania Elects First Female Attorney General

November 8, 2012

Tuesday was a historic day for women in Pennsylvania.  Pennsylvania Women’s Campaign Fund (PWCF) endorsed candidate, Kathleen Kane, became the first woman elected to the office of Attorney General since it became an elected position in 1980.  Kathleen is also the first Democrat to be elected Attorney General in Pennsylvania.

As the state’s chief law enforcement officer Kathleen will protect women and families across the Commonwealth.
