RSVP today for the no-cost Farm Team statewide meeting in Williamsburg, Virginia this weekend on April 18-19.  Planning and campaign workshops are held on Saturday, April 18^th from 2-4 p.m. followed by dinner with guest speaker and political commentator, Celinda Lake. 

Sunday, April 19^th continues with breakfast and programs followed at 2 p.m. by a gubernatorial debate of Democratic candidates – Terry McAuliffe, Creigh Deeds and Brian Moran at The College of William & Mary, hosted by The Farm Team.  NBC’s Andrea Mitchell will moderate the debate.  The primary elections will be held on June 9, 2009.

Virginia’s Farm Team is a statewide Democratic women’s organization dedicated to electing women to pubic office in Virginia.  The group holds regional meetings and is involved in both local and statewide campaigns.
