Six men running for President in Tuesday's New Hampshire primary

By Kathy Groob, Publisher ElectWomen MagazineTuesday, January 10th voters will go to the polls for two special elections in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Open seats in Minneapolis Senate District 59 and House District 61 feature two women—Kari Dziedzic and Susan Allen.  If elected, Susan Allen would become the first Native American woman to ever serve in the Minnesota State Legislature.  The WomenWinning organization in Minnesota are heavily supporting both women.

On Tuesday, January 31st, a special election will be held in Oregon’s 1stCongressional District that pits Democrat Suzanne Bonamici against Tea Party Republican, Rob Cornilles.  National women’s organizations are heavily involved in supporting Bonamici; including EMILY’s List and Planned Parenthood.

Oregon’s 1st Congressional District includes parts of the following counties: Clatsop, Columbia, Multnomah, Washington, and Yamhill.

Voting has already begun for the race.  1st Congressional District OREGON voters can access ballots online for the January 31st special election.
